Check the status of your order

2. Dispatch and Tracking Details

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp or your website account, depending on the system enabled.

Tracking details may include:

  • Tracking number / AWB number
  • Tracking link
  • Estimated delivery timeline

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

3. How to Track Your Order

You can track your order using any of the following options:

Option 1: Track Through Website

If the tracking feature is enabled on our website, enter your order number, registered mobile number or email ID to check the current status.

Option 2: Track Through Courier Link

Use the courier tracking link or AWB number shared after dispatch to check delivery updates directly on the courier partner’s website.

Option 3: Contact Kalpamrutha Support

If you are unable to track your order, please contact us through WhatsApp or email.

4. Order Status Meaning

Your order status may show one of the following stages:

Your order has been received successfully.

Payment Confirmed

Payment has been received or verified.

Processing

Your order is being checked, packed or prepared.

Packed

Your products are packed and ready for dispatch.

Dispatched

Your order has been handed over to the courier partner.

In Transit

The shipment is moving through the courier network.

Out for Delivery

The courier partner may attempt delivery soon.

Delivered

The order has been delivered to the address provided.

Delivery Attempted

Courier attempted delivery but could not complete it.

Returned to Origin

Shipment is being returned due to failed delivery or other reasons.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier serviceability and product type.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, transport disruptions, remote location serviceability or other external factors.

6. Tracking Not Updated

Sometimes tracking may not update immediately after dispatch.

This may happen due to:

  • Courier system delay
  • Shipment awaiting first scan
  • Weekend or public holiday
  • High courier volume
  • Festival season delay
  • Remote location routing

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving tracking details for the shipment status to update.

If tracking is still not updated after this period, please contact our support team.

7. Delivery Attempt Failed

If delivery is not completed, it may be due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Phone number unreachable
  • Delivery OTP not shared
  • Courier unable to locate address
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Restricted delivery area

In such cases, the courier partner may attempt delivery again as per their process.

Please contact the courier partner or Kalpamrutha support if you need assistance.

8. Address Change After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, address change may not be possible.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately. We will try to support you, but any change after dispatch depends on courier partner approval and shipment status.

Kalpamrutha will not be responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

9. Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your order shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check:

  • Whether a family member, neighbour, security guard or office reception received it
  • Delivery SMS or OTP confirmation
  • Courier call history
  • Delivery address entered during checkout

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivered status being shown.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Registered phone number
  • Screenshot of delivered status
  • Brief explanation of the issue

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you based on available information.

10. Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package appears damaged, leaked, opened, broken or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photos before opening
  • Record an unboxing video
  • Take photos of the product and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is reviewed.

11. Missing Item in Order

If any item is missing from your order or gift hamper, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of all items received
  • Photos of packaging
  • Details of the missing item

After verification, Kalpamrutha may offer suitable resolution as per our policy.

12. Bulk Orders and Gift Hampers

Tracking for bulk orders, corporate gifts, wedding return gifts and custom hampers may vary depending on shipment size and delivery arrangement.

Such orders may be shipped:

  • In a single shipment
  • In multiple boxes
  • Through different courier partners
  • Through local delivery arrangement
  • Through special logistics, depending on quantity and location

Our team will share tracking or delivery information based on the order arrangement.
