9. Delivery Attempts

  • Any delivery OTP or verification requirement is completed, if applicable

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to Kalpamrutha.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Kalpamrutha will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details provided by the customer.

Please check the following carefully before placing an order:

  • Street / locality
  • City / town
  • District
  • State
  • Pin code
  • Landmark, if required
  • Correct mobile number

If you notice an address error after placing the order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may be possible only before the order is packed or dispatched.

11. Damaged, Leaked or Tampered Package

If you receive a visibly damaged, leaked, broken, opened or tampered package, please take the following steps:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening
  • Record an unboxing video, especially for fragile, liquid or gift hamper orders
  • Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Contact Kalpamrutha within 48 hours of delivery

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a suitable resolution such as replacement, refund, store credit or missing item dispatch, depending on the case and applicable policy.

12. Missing Items in Order

If any item is missing from your order or gift hamper, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of all items received
  • Photo of packaging and invoice/order label
  • Details of the missing item

After verification, Kalpamrutha may ship the missing item, offer replacement, provide store credit or process refund for the missing item, depending on the situation.

13. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond Kalpamrutha’s direct control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural events
  • Strikes or transport disruption
  • Public holidays
  • Festival season rush
  • Remote location delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

Kalpamrutha will make reasonable efforts to support customers in tracking delayed orders, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

14. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to Kalpamrutha due to failed delivery, incorrect address, customer refusal, customer unavailability or courier-related reasons, our team may contact the customer for further action.

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • Re-shipment after address confirmation
  • Refund after deducting applicable shipping charges
  • Store credit, if enabled
  • Order cancellation, where applicable

Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery.
