At Kalpamrutha Swadeshi Living, we aim to provide customers with a safe, simple and transparent payment experience. This Payment & Billing Policy explains the payment methods, billing process, failed payment handling and related terms for orders placed through our website.

Kalpamrutha does not store sensitive payment details such as:

  • OTP
  • Banking passwords

Customers are requested not to share OTPs, UPI PINs, card details, passwords or banking credentials with anyone.

3. Payment Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or successful order creation through an approved payment method.

After successful payment, customers may receive order confirmation through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Website account notification

The confirmation may include:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Amount paid
  • Payment status
  • Delivery address
  • Estimated dispatch or delivery information

4. Failed Payments

Sometimes payment may fail due to reasons such as:

If payment fails and the order is not confirmed, customers may try placing the order again.

If the amount is deducted from the customer’s account but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with:

  • Transaction reference number
  • Registered mobile number
  • Email ID used for order
  • Date and time of transaction

We will verify the payment status and assist accordingly.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate payment will be verified and the eligible amount will be refunded after confirmation.

Customers should contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Payment proof
  • Transaction reference numbers
  • Bank or UPI statement screenshot, if required

Refund processing timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank or payment method.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only if enabled on the website and supported for the customer’s pin code, product type or order value.

Kalpamrutha reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for:

  • High-value orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Custom hampers
  • Corporate gifts
  • Wedding return gifts
  • Remote locations
  • Customers with repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Operational or courier-related reasons

If Cash on Delivery is not available, customers may complete the order through prepaid payment options.

7. Invoices and Billing

For each successful order, an invoice or order bill may be generated and shared through email, website account or with the delivered package, depending on the system enabled.

The invoice may include:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Taxes, if applicable
  • Shipping charges, if applicable
  • Discount or coupon details, if applicable
  • Total amount paid
  • Billing and shipping address

Customers requiring billing support may contact us with their order number.

8. GST and Tax Details

Product prices shown on the website may be inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

For customers requiring GST billing, the request should be made at the time of order or before invoice generation, if GST billing is supported.

GST invoice changes may not be possible after invoice generation, depending on system and compliance requirements.

9. Pricing Errors

Kalpamrutha makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product prices, offers, taxes and shipping charges.

However, in case of a technical error, pricing mistake, wrong discount display or incorrect product listing, Kalpamrutha reserves the right to cancel or modify the order after informing the customer.

If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled due to such error, the eligible amount will be refunded.

10. Coupons, Offers and Discounts

Kalpamrutha may offer coupon codes, promotional discounts, festival offers, free shipping offers, gift offers or other promotional benefits from time to time.

Such offers may be subject to:

Kalpamrutha reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any offer at any time.

  • Do not share OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or passwords with anyone.
  • Do not make payments to unknown personal numbers unless officially confirmed by Kalpamrutha.
  • Verify official payment links before paying.

  • Keep payment proof until order completion.
  • Do not share sensitive banking information over phone, WhatsApp or email.

Kalpamrutha will never ask customers to share OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, card password or net banking password.
