Are Kalpamrutha products handmade or natural?

Some of our products are handmade, traditionally processed, handloom-based, artisan-made or naturally sourced. Product details are mentioned on each product page.

Will handmade or handloom products look exactly like the images?

Product images are for representation. Handmade, handloom, natural and artisan-made products may have slight variations in colour, texture, finish, size or appearance. These variations are part of their natural and handcrafted character.

Are wood-pressed oils suitable for daily cooking?

Kalpamrutha wood-pressed coconut oil and groundnut oil are suitable for everyday Indian cooking. Please refer to each product page for usage details.

Are handmade soaps suitable for daily use?

Yes, our handmade herbal soaps are designed for regular bathing use. Customers with sensitive skin may do a small patch test before regular use.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

Kalpamrutha is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error before dispatch.

Returns are accepted only in eligible cases such as damaged product, wrong product, expired product, missing item, leakage or product unfit for use upon arrival.

What proof is required for return or replacement?

Please share your order number, clear product photos, packaging photos and unboxing video, especially for damaged, leaked, broken or missing products.

Are food and personal care products returnable?

Food products, oils, soaps, personal care, oral care and grooming products are generally not returnable once opened, used or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Can clothing, sarees or home linen be returned?

Clothing, sarees, textiles and home linen may be eligible for return or exchange only if unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

How long does refund take?

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment gateway and bank.
